Have you experienced some of those moments when you just feel like you can’t remember a simple name? Or maybe you’re just tired for no reason and sometimes you experience hot flushes?

How many times have you heard people talk about menopause, growing up?

If you’re like me, it was hardly a conversation you would hear, even between women. So now you might get to that age and all of a sudden, you get hit by brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, hot flushes, or just feeling ‘off’ and in turn, it starts affecting your confidence, energy, and even your career.

These days, I do find that more and more conversations and public resources are available to teach us about Perimenopause and menopause. And even though this is something that all women will experience one way or another, we always think that it’s never happen to us, right?

So, that’s why I feel knowledge is key here. Let’s arm ourselves with what is really going on inside of us and start to work towards progress, instead of fearing perimenopause and menopause.
