How To Get More Content Confidence
How confident do you feel about your digital content?
Do you like and enjoy writing your own content? Or do you feel like you never know what to write about and that it feels more like a chore?
Business owners, especially sole traders and SMEs, often find themselves wearing every hat in the business. And writing digital content requires a completely different skill set that many have never been trained for.
You’re the expert at what you do, but translating that expertise into clear, engaging, and persuasive online words feels like stepping into foreign territory.
The pressure to “get it right” for your audience that scrolls past in seconds only adds to the intimidation, turning what should be a simple task into a weekly source of stress.
Common challenges to writing your own content can include time, writer’s block or fears of sounding unprofessional, too salesy, or simply boring.
And then of course we all struggle with imposter syndrome: “Who am I to give advice or share my story?”
The result is sporadic, inconsistent content (or none at all), which quietly hurts visibility and growth.
The good news is that once you build confidence in your digital writing, everything changes.
And it’s exactly with that in mind, that I’ve invited Kate Llewellyn to the podcast.
Kate’s a Content Confidence Coach, supporting business owners in gaining strategic clarity around the marketing they want to do for their business and putting into place content plans that have a clear purpose.
Today, you’re going to learn:
- What limiting beliefs stop you from creating your digital content
- How to take back control over your social media platforms
- The right way to find your own voice when writing content
- And some wonderful tips to get creative.
