What Are You Doing Now To Get More Clients
Now, I’m sure that if I asked you to go and make a list now of everything that you’re doing, in order to get more clients and customers, well, you might have more than two things possibly on that list.
And that’s okay. However, here’s the thing.
If you go and look at that list and everything that you’re doing, to get more clients and customers, one of those things might possibly pop out, maybe even two, and they might be things that are kind of working for you.
Or you might really go in and look at that list and think actually, none of this is really working for me.
So I want to let you in on a little secret as to one of the reasons why you’re possibly not getting more clients and customers and this is a little secret that so many of us struggle with but that is to do with your visibility.
You see, if you’re not visible, nobody’s going to find you.
So your ideal clients and your ideal customers, they’re actually out there, and they just waiting for you.
They want to find you. But if you’re not showing up, and if you’re not visible enough, they’re not going to even know you exist.
So I really want to talk about your visibility.
And the reason why I’m saying this, is because:
We don’t have the confidence to show up and do Facebook Lives or show up and just be out there and talk to people, or even so we don’t feel that we are really in a good place to do that.
Because who am I? Who are you to do this?
Well, this is really important. And I want you to understand this that if you want to attract more clients and more customers for your business, you have to become more visible.
And I’m sure you’ve seen this around. There are so many people more online, doing videos.
And honestly, if you really want to attract more clients and customers, you might want to start doing more videos.
And it is one of the best things, I can honestly assure you that if you start becoming more visible, if you’ve got a great visibility strategy in place, you will attract more clients and customers.
And before you know it is going to be a floodgate. It’s going to open up and people are going to come to you – it will happen.
So I’m going to share with you three tips today as to how you can become more visible.
Now remember, I spoke about that list. If you make a list of everything that you’re doing right now to become more visible, I only want you really to choose one of those things that seemed to be working for you, even if it’s just okay or even if nothing is working on that list.
Choose one where you feel you’re most comfortable with.
Now I am going to push you a little bit out of your comfort zone here, because now you need to decide whether one of those things on the list say as an example Facebook, or even Instagram as an example.
Say you use Facebook and you say: “Okay, Facebook is the platform where I’m going to become more visible on.”
Now part of that strategy is you’ve got to decide, do I show up weekly? Or even better? Do I show up daily? And it’s entirely up to you. But you’ve got to be consistent.
And I’ve spoken about consistency so many times. So you have to become consistent.
Part of that strategy is, when am I going to show up? and at what time? And what am I going to talk about?
So the idea is for you to just choose one place where you’re going to show up. I’m not talking about more.
Remember, we’re not talking about getting overwhelmed. We’re not talking about doing everything or using all of those platforms.
We’re just choosing one. The idea is not to become overwhelmed, but also to have consistency in place.
And then obviously, the second thing is decide when you’re going to show up.
What day are you gonna show up weekly, or if you’re gonna show up daily, what time.
And then do it, put it in your calendar, make sure that it’s there so you can get it to show up.
3. Valuable Content
And then the last thing that I want to talk about is obviously, give great content.
You’ve got great value that you could offer your clients or your customers. And you can do that in the form of content.
It doesn’t have to be long, it can be a couple of tips that you sharing, just like I’m doing here.
Or it could be just where you’re having a conversation about an example or something that you’ve experienced, and you want to share it with your audience, so they can obviously learn from what you’ve experienced.
Now, there are so many great ways to provide content to your audience. But it all comes down to being consistent, showing up daily or weekly, and just making sure that you’re there and you are visible.
So I wanted to share this with you today.
And I know this is one of those things that so many people are struggling with and I completely understand.
I’ve been there too. The first time I had a camera in my face and I had to do a video. I was so scared stumbled over my words and all my tenses was wrong.
Oh my gosh, I got so many things wrong but you know what, I just went and I did it again and again and again and with that your confidence will grow and you’ll feel that things are flowing a bit better.
But it’s not going to happen unless you go out there and do more videos and get more visible.
Remember that your clients are out there, they’re looking for you. They want to work with you.
They already there. You just got to show up so that they can find you.
